Jenny Grass’ intense focus on the consumer experience has yielded strong creative campaigns for the many clients for which she has worked.

As a senior graphic designer at Kinetic, Jenny applies that focus to produce compelling designs that exceed the expectations of our customers. Her enthusiasm for delivering authenticity in her work has been on full display every day since joining our team in early 2016.

“I bring to our clients my unique experience working with some of the most recognizable brands in the world, bringing that sense of greatness and influence to even the smallest of brands,” Jenny says.  “I can not only dream up big-picture, conceptual ideas but I can also figure out how to make them a reality.”

She has had career-building experiences working with clients such as Nike Factory Stores, Yakima, Lucy, Farmer Brothers, Coffee Bean International and Ready Pac Foods.

After earning her graphic design degree at Montana State University in Bozeman, her time with Nike made a lasting impression.

“Working at Nike taught me to be resourceful and focused on the consumer experience,” she says. “Everything I designed had to be done through the eyes of the end user. If something did not feel 100 percent in line with the brand and its mission, it was immediately scrapped.”

As a freelancer working with many brands, she learned to juggle many projects, anticipate client’s needs and respond quickly to their reactions.

“I know to be prepared and agile in case I need to go in another direction or learn to do something new,” she says. “I also am comfortable working with many different teams of people effectively, and bringing my strongest skills to the team.”

At Kinetic, Jenny switches hats from designer “to whatever I need to be for the team” at a moment’s notice. She’s also resourceful and can build a design with very few assets and little direction.
