    In late 2023, Kinetic launched Kinetic Greenhouse, a small business division providing packaged services to help bring awareness and revenue to local entrepreneurs. Kinetic Greenhouse has 40+ new clients, growing monthly and providing the same high-quality creative and marketing services from the Kinetic agency to small businesses! 

    Kinetic Marketing Company is seeking to hire a Client Success Manager: Greenhouse at our Billings, Montana office. Reports to the Greenhouse Director.

    Job Summary

    The Client Success Manager is the go-to guy or gal for our small business clients. You oversee the successful execution of projects and maintain strong relationships with Greenhouse clients. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for assuring your client roster has a positive relationship with Greenhouse, as well as each project they request is completed in a timely and diligent fashion.

    In this role, you will be responsible for defining project solutions, setting precise project execution timelines, effectively managing Independent Contractors, maintaining consistent and proactive client communication, and completing internal department projects as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for client budgets to assure projects are completed within the budget parameters.  

    You are both a leader and a team player, adept at managing your own roster of clients while seamlessly collaborating with the Small Business Director and fellow Client Success Managers to ensure project success. Your passion for helping small business clients thrive is evident, and you readily support the entire small business team whenever needed. Your role is autonomous, meaning you are self-motivated to complete your work on time. 

    You play a crucial role in the culture of both Kinetic and Greenhouse, offering support to your colleagues and clients as needed. Your approach is ego-free, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone can excel together.

    As a Client Success Manager, you are hands-on and eager to learn new skills as the company grows. You are enthusiastic about ensuring project completion, whether independently or with the support of Greenhouse team members and Independent Contractors. You continuously bring fresh ideas and innovative processes to the table, demonstrating your excitement and adaptability as we expand. Your proactive approach and willingness to evolve with the company make you a valuable asset to our team.

    What You Will Do

    • Operational Oversight
      • Lead and manage the operational activities of Kinetic Greenhouse.
      • Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to optimize departmental operations.
      • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
    • Day-to-Day Account Service:
      • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
      • Provide regular updates and address client concerns promptly.
      • Define project solutions and sell these solutions to current clients. 
      • Build and retain client relationships and continue to sell products and services. 
      • Manage client projects from start to finish.
    • A Planner and a Doer 
      • Be discerning around when to execute a task and when to involve a subject matter expert. 
      • Not only plan excellent projects for clients but also be able to effectively execute appropriate components of the plan. 
      • A swiss-army knife with marketing skills, digital skills and a creative eye who is flexible in the work to accomplish it quickly and accurately. 
    • Complete Internal Department Projects:
      • Handle internal tasks and projects as required.
      • Support the department’s overall goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with Team Members:
      • Work closely with the Small Business Director and other Client Success Managers.
      • Participate in team brainstorming sessions to provide creative input.
    • Contribute to Community:
      • Play a crucial role in the Kinetic and Greenhouse communities.
      • Support fellow team members and seek guidance when necessary.
      • Stay involved in the community and attend local events representing Kinetic Greenhouse.
    • Generate Innovative Ideas:
      • Develop fresh and creative strategic marketing plans.
      • Bring new ideas and processes to the table.
    • Adapt and Learn:
      • Embrace learning new skills as the company grows.
      • Adapt to changes and contribute to the company’s growth.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • One to two years of agency experience in marketing or project management is required
    • One year of digital marketing experience
    • Entrepreneurial thinking with a bias to action
    • Associates degree required
    • Bachelor’s degree is preferred

    Other Essential Qualities

    • You have a proactive approach when it comes to work and are able to self-motivate to reach deadlines
    • You have a strong knowledge of digital marketing, understanding the foundation of concepts such as Search Engine Optimization, Google Analytics, etc. 
    • You boast a wide array of skills that may include some design capabilities, writing skills, wordpress or other CMS knowledge, photography or video editing skills. 
    • You have excellent presentation skills, communication capabilities and are able to explain complex concepts in a snackable way 
    • You have an eye for strong creative and know foundational principles of good design and content. Even though you aren’t a designer yourself, you can see how the strategy is married with the design and offer insights for improvement.
    • You have helped foster a culture of collaborative excellence. 
    • You are a people person, like to work within a team, and enjoy the back-and-forth challenges of seeing a project through.
