Account Assistant
Kinetic is seeking to hire a detail-oriented and proactive Account Assistant at our Billings, Montana office.
In this role, you will support the traffic department by assisting with day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and enthusiastic individual to gain experience in a fast-paced marketing environment and develop the skills necessary to advance to the position of a project manager.
The Account Assistant must be a conscientious team player with excellent organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, exhibiting initiative and a take-charge attitude.
Job type: Part-time (up to 32 hours per week), in office with potential for remote work depending on company policy
Reports to the Traffic Director.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general daily assistance to the project managers, new business development team and other departments as needed.
- Attend internal and external meetings and take detailed notes, capturing important information such as client feedback, insights and action items. Provide timely issuance of meeting notes.
- Assist with various activities within the agency software such as opening projects and entering and updating opportunities for new business and current clients.
- Stay aware of client activities to provide backup when a Project Manager is unavailable.
- Remain open-minded and flexible when pulled into various projects throughout the agency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Agency experience is not necessary but is preferred; must have worked in an office environment previously.
- Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
