    Digital Media Buyer

    Job Summary: What You’ll Do

    We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Buyer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge in programmatic advertising, social media, and Google ad platforms, and a proven track record in media planning, conversion tracking, optimization, and reporting. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess and creative strategy and 10/10 organizational skills to effectively plan, buy, manage, optimize, and report on paid media initiatives.

    Location: Remote, Headquarters in Billings, MT

    Reports to Digital Director

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, execute, and manage media buying strategies across multiple platforms including Stackadapt, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CTV, OTT, Digital Audio, Snapchat and TikTok Ads.
    • Spearhead conversion tracking across websites and ad platforms using tools such as Google Tag Manager.
    • Analyze performance data across all digital platforms and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
    • Utilize Google Analytics and other reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights and detailed reporting on campaign performance.
    • Plan and buy media across various channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budget.
    • Continuously test and refine advertising strategies based on performance metrics and industry trends.
    • Collaborate with creative and account management teams to ensure cohesive and effective advertising strategies that align with business goals. 
    • Manage budgets and timelines for media purchases and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
    • Stay updated with the latest developments in programmatic advertising and digital media trends.

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in media buying and digital advertising, with a strong focus on programmatic ads, search and social media advertising.
    • Proficient in Google Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking Tactics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat, Digital Audio, CTV, OTT and programmatic advertising platforms.
    • Expertise in Google Analytics and data analysis dashboards.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret extensive data to make informed decisions.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.
    • If working remotely, previous remote work experience is a plus.
