Kinetic has been riding an exciting wave of success with WebBuy, a Billings-based startup that launched the nation’s first fully integrated, online car-buying experience. Critical to the success of WebBuy was the development of a state-of-the-industry app that allows car buyers and dealerships to seamlessly connect online.
We researched, wireframed, designed and produced content for the app and partnered with the WebBuy team to develop the technology that allows dealerships to reach the growing “Amazon demographic” of consumers who can:
- Shop online 24/7 from dealers’ inventories
- Customize vehicles and set payments to fit their budget
- Get certified trade-in offers, not just a quote
- Receive approved financing from national banks
- Complete their purchase and choose to hold a vehicle, or simply complete paperwork

Buyers do it all on the app – select a car, lock in a price, get a loan approved and set a pickup date. Our user-flow research and email-sequencing work has kept the app at head of the pack for digital-retailing solutions. On top of app creation, we’ve developed a website, email campaigns, trade-show strategy and traditional marketing collateral to show dealers why WebBuy is the must-have app for them.
