Kinetic Earns 2026 Great Place To Work® Certification™
Dana Pulis Owner and Principal
At Kinetic, culture has never been a buzzword. It’s been the work.
This year, being named a Great Place to Work means more than a new badge or a line in our signature. It’s confirmation of something we’ve built intentionally, deliberately and with heart for nearly two decades.
When I started Kinetic from a table in my living room, I wanted to build more than an agency. I wanted to create a place. A place where people could bring their full selves to the work and where ideas were safe, where curiosity was rewarded and where the energy between us mattered as much as the outcomes we produced.
Culture, to me, has always been a living system — something that breathes, moves and demands investment. We’ve poured into it the same way we pour into our clients’ brands: with time, money and care. From one-on-one coaching to team hikes and weekend retreats, open-book meetings to healthy food in the fridge, we’ve believed that when people are seen and supported and have fun, they do the best work of their lives. One of our values is “Have Fun.”
This award is built on our voices. Every member of our team contributed to the anonymous survey and comments that led to this recognition. Their honesty, their ideas and their belief in what we’re creating together are the reason we earned this.
It’s easy to talk about culture. It’s harder — and far more rewarding — to live it.
In 2019, Silicon Review named Kinetic “50 Innovative Companies to Watch in 2019” and highlighted an article on us with plenty of good journalism around our culture.
And in 2022, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce featured us as one of five companies that shared their thoughts on employee engagement strategies.
This is the second year we’ve received a “Great Place to Work” certification. These awards and recognitions are nice for sure; the fact that we have so many amazing employees who are happy from 9 to 5 is even better.
So to the entire Kinetic team: great job! You are the reason this place hums with creativity and heart. You are the reason clients feel the difference when they work with us. You are the proof that investing in people pays the greatest dividends of all.
And to everyone who’s ever wondered if it’s worth it to create a culture and then invest in it and “Make It Happen” (another of our amazing values), the answer is yes. Always yes.
Here’s to continuing to make work greater every day.
