Kinetic has partnered with the Billings Chamber of Commerce since 2018 to support their marketing strategy with our creative services and strategic marketing plan development. In 2020, the Billings Chamber approached Kinetic with the ambitious goal to become a nationally recognized 3C’s Chamber.
A 3C’s Chamber is a Catalyst for business growth, a Convener of leaders and influencers to actively create change and a Champion for a thriving community. The only way to be recognized as a 3C’s Chamber is to provide real solutions to these problems for Chamber members to utilize. So we strategized a plan and got to work.
Strategy and Design
Kinetic began by developing a new logo, messaging and comprehensive branding along with new brand guidelines. We then developed an all-new business toolkit which included letterhead, business cards, pull up banners, PowerPoint presentations and templates. We developed a content strategy for social media and built social templates and custom imagery (using photos from our custom photoshoot) for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
Additionally, we developed a 3C’s landing page paired with an email and newsletter campaign to educate members about the benefits of their membership and drive traffic to the new site. While we were at it, we executed a full Chamber website refresh with UX and new branding in mind.
The Billings Chamber was recognized with four national awards for outstanding programs and communications, including first place for Best Website.
Building Up a Community
of Business Leaders
After a year, Billings Chamber reached out to strategize a plan to attract potential Chamber members and educate current members about the full benefits of their membership. We strategized and executed a media plan that included five 30-second TV spots highlighting four current Chamber members and local business leaders, paired with print ads and radio spots. As members ourselves, we are honored to support the Chamber and the community!
