VIDDY GOLD AWARDS
Merrick & Company: Employee-Owned, People-Driven
Client: Merrick & Company
Category: Non-Broadcast | Long Form Videos > 3 Minutes | Culture / Lifestyle
Merrick & Company’s culture video was built around one of the organization’s defining qualities: employee ownership. The goal was to move beyond broad culture messaging and show what ownership looks like in practice, including how it shapes collaboration, decision-making and day-to-day work.
Kinetic’s production approach combined employee interviews with real workplace footage. Interviews were filmed in a converted conference room studio, giving employees across different roles the opportunity to share what ownership means to them. From there, the story expanded into office and field environments, showing teams collaborating, solving problems and working together in real time.
The final video connects belief to behavior by pairing authentic employee voices with grounded, observational footage. It demonstrates how Merrick’s employee-owned structure translates into a collaborative, accountable and engaged workforce.
Entegra Coach: Built for Arizona Living
Client: Entegra Coach
Category: Non-Broadcast | Short Form Web Videos < 3 Minutes | Marketing
Entegra Coach offers a wide range of models, from smaller, more agile units to larger coaches designed to serve as a true home base. For this project, Kinetic created a short-form marketing video that made the full product lineup feel clear, relatable and easy to understand.
Rather than focusing only on features, the video paired each coach with a specific lifestyle and audience, including:
- A solo traveler
- Two couples
- A full family
- Real activities in real Arizona settings
- Daytime and evening scenarios that showed how each unit could be used
Moments like playing pickleball outside the unit, gathering around a fire and driving through Arizona landscapes helped convey space, layout, livability and flexibility without relying on heavy explanation. The final video shows how each model serves a different type of traveler while maintaining a consistent Entegra Coach experience across the lineup.
AWARD-WINNING WORK BUILT ON STRATEGY, STORY AND STRONG EXECUTION
From rural healthcare websites to lifestyle-driven brand videos, each of these projects was built to solve a real communication challenge.
The recognition is exciting, but the most meaningful part of the work is helping our clients tell stronger stories, connect with their audiences and move their organizations forward.
Awards validate the craft, but success is measured by something bigger: stronger brands, deeper audience connections and organizations better equipped to serve their communities and customers.
