Kinetic’s Annual Planning with Jayco

When it comes to outdoor adventures and “the great American road trip,” Jayco, a leading manufacturer in the recreational vehicle (RV) industry is well-known for innovation and quality. Their commitment to educating and inspiring adventurous spirits to create meaningful and memorable experiences on the open road is just one small part of why we feel so lucky to be able to partner with them and support their goals and successes. Not only that, we feel super lucky to have been able to spend three days with leadership, here in Montana, for some fun, innovative and exciting annual planning!

In the heart of Montana’s Paradise Valley, at the beautiful Sage Lodge, a truly remarkable gathering took place. It wasn’t just about numbers, strategies or business objectives; it was about strengthening the bonds between a valued client and creative agency. The annual meeting of the Jayco Family of Companies (JFOC) leadership team and Kinetic senior-level creatives and subject matter experts was truly an ode to the power of collaboration, relationship building and the importance of having the right people in the conversation.

great ways to annual plan Our conversations started (over some great food and in arguably one of the most picturesque places around) by delving into a comprehensive review of the past year. We engaged in detailed discussions about what we sought to do and what we accomplished, celebrating achievements and addressing challenges, with a laser focus on key initiatives like SEO enhancements and website development.

These discussions ignited our collective vision for the future, encompassing plans for new websites, mobile-oriented experiences and developing a streamlined user journey. While mapping out strategic plans, we also engaged in insightful conversations about the ever-evolving landscape of the RV industry and explored new initiatives and innovative, impactful strategies as we planned out how to best navigate the opportunities of the coming year. Let’s just say — some BIG things are happening!

Here’s the thing… at Kinetic, we don’t see ourselves as just a creative agency; we become an extension of our clients — their partners in creativity and friends. Our annual Jayco planning meeting proves it! We believe that when relationships are the focus, business becomes more than just the bottom line; it transforms into a shared endeavor with a common purpose. We love it when we can come together as real people, not just as colleagues but as friends who understand and respect one another.

But during those three amazing days, we didn’t just talk about business strategies, we were able to give this Indiana-based client a true taste of Montana! We stargazed, soaked up some fun at Chico Hot Springs, went to a hilarious live comedy show… and the food!?! It was superb! (No John Mayer sightings this time, but you can’t win ’em all!)

This time together really served as a great reminder that the journey toward our shared goals with our clients is as important as reaching the destination. It was a celebration of the process, the learning, the growth and the camaraderie that define this exceptional partnership.

We’re so grateful the Jayco team was able to join us, explore with us and allow us to get to know them even better! We also couldn’t be more excited about what the coming year will bring for them and the opportunity we have to be a part of it all!

Ever wondered what it might be like to partner with a real Montana boutique agency? One that’s agile, adventurous and ambitious on behalf of our clients? Reach out to us! We won’t just tell you about it, we’ll bring you out here and show you!
