She began as an account director, later served as Kinetic’s strategic director, and became a partner in 2021. Skilled in user research and system design, Kelsea creates digital experiences that reflect real behavior and meet practical needs. A Certified Usability Analyst and Certified User Experience Analyst, she brings expertise in analytics, market insights, and team leadership to every project.
