In April 2016, Kinetic partnered with EBMS on the heavy lift of elevating its already substantial employee value-delivery practices, all with an eye on moving the needle on employee engagement. In just a few months of research, strategy planning, and discussions with the executive team and employees in one-on-one sessions and group seminars, engagement efforts took a huge step forward.

This successful project launched us into a deeper relationship with EBMS, a homegrown leader in third-party administration of self-funded benefit plans. The company’s president asked us to support their next level of growth and development. We identified 12 areas of focus for our initial work, ranging from unifying their disparate marketing efforts and improving win rates to aligning EBMS product channels to outperform rivals and bring innovative product concepts to life.

Logo Redesign

Refresh of Logo and Tagline for EMBS

In a whirlwind of strategic planning and creative execution, we’ve helped EBMS transform its company. Our projects included a rebranding of EBMS, designing logos for all products, and introducing a new tagline, “Improving Lives,” to better represent the EBMS culture. We guided a brand launch campaign and produced targeted email and analytics, direct mail, brochures, video, and a brand guide.

We designed and programmed two easy-to-navigate websites for EBMS and its innovative miCare health centers. Our custom photography and strong writing are featured across all platforms. We’ve completed marketing automation and CRM migration.

Additionally, we assisted EBMS in the planning, facilitation and execution of their annual member symposium each year they’ve been able to hold it since 2019 (pre-pandemic). This has included securing key note and industry-leading speakers, coordinating food and catering, recreation event planning (golf tournaments) developing promotional materials and conference center wayfinding and more. Our EBMS success story is still being written, but the first chapters are full of great projects and strong results.
