Independence Bank

Independence Bank is a local bank chain headquartered in Havre, Montana, and spreads out across a majestic part of northeastern Montana known as the Hi-Line. Their bank branches serve as vital financial cornerstones to the tight-knit communities, and they’re very active in bringing expert services to their customers, many of which are in the agriculture industry. They’ve stood by their customers for 40 years, and will continue to grow with them.

Challenges for Independence Bank include being both a small-town neighborhood bank to its customers in more remote communities, and a single company with many branches across a wide geographic area. While they want to be known as the bank down the street, they’re also striving to bring their customers the most advanced services and financial advantages that a large bank can also provide.

We work with Independence Bank on multiple annual campaigns including an agriculture loan campaign, an operations department campaign, and a new checking account campaign tied to the local college, Montana State University – Northern. As such, Kinetic has worked with them to produce both print, digital, and radio campaigns over the years, as well as crafting their brand promise and unique value propositions.
